Account Verification

When you open an account or request a large withdrawal, we ask for proof of identity and address. Verification usually takes 1–2 hours. We hold your personal data securely and never share it with third parties unless the law requires it.

Encryption and Access

Your login credentials, payment details and account balance are encrypted end-to-end. Only you can access your account from your registered devices. If you forget your password, we verify your identity before resetting it.

Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

Deposits via DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS appear in your balance instantly. Withdrawals are verified and processed within 4–24 hours depending on your bank. We may hold a withdrawal for up to 72 hours if we need to confirm your identity.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe a transaction was unauthorized or a payout was delayed, open a dispute ticket in Account Settings. We investigate within 5 business days and email you the outcome with evidence.

Data Retention

We keep your account data for the lifetime of your account plus 3 years after closure, or as long as local law requires. You can request to see, correct or delete your personal data by contacting support.

Responsible Account Use

You confirm you are of legal age in your country and that your account is for personal use only. You agree not to share your login, use VPNs to mask your location, or open duplicate accounts on helo 4d.

Common Questions About Our Terms & Conditions

Multiple accounts on the same platform are not allowed under our Terms. If we detect duplicate accounts linked to the same identity, email or payment method, we will close all but one and may suspend your access. Any funds held in secondary accounts are frozen during investigation.

Yes. You can request account closure in Settings under Account Management. If you have a balance, we will process a final withdrawal to your registered payment method within 24 hours. Closed accounts cannot be reopened, so make sure to withdraw your full balance first.

Withdrawals via GoPay and QRIS follow the same rules: we process your request within 4–24 hours, and funds arrive in your GoPay wallet or linked bank account. Minimum withdrawal is Rp 50,000. We may ask for identity proof if the amount exceeds Rp 10 million in a single day.

Holds happen when we need to verify your identity or investigate unusual activity. Standard holds last 24–48 hours. If we need additional documents, we'll email you what to send. Urgent holds may extend to 72 hours. Contact support via live chat if you want a status update.

Yes. Go to Account Settings, select Transaction History, and open a dispute on the transaction in question. Describe what happened and we'll investigate within 5 business days. If the charge was unauthorized, we will reverse it and refund your balance.
